Coty is seeking a Retail & Consumer Engagement Project Manager to drive evolution of merchandising and retail experiences across a brand pool in Paris. You will lead pop-ups, experiential podiums, and high-profile platforms, translating brand vision into compelling, shareable retail concepts, while coordinating with global markets and internal teams.

You will design advocacy-driven experiences with social amplification and data capture, ensuring consistency yet local adaptability, and tracking

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in Global Merchandising, Retail Project Management, or Trade Marketing/ Retail Excellence.
Experience in luxury, beauty or selective retail environments preferred.
Proven exposure to international/ WW markets.
Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

Lead development and rollout of pop-ups, experiential podiums and high-profile platforms (HPPs).
Translate brand vision into customer-centric retail concepts with strong storytelling and social shareability.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Brand, Trade Marketing, Digital and CRM.
Ensure global consistency while enabling local market adaptation.
Oversee end-to-end development of retail experiences: briefing, design, feasibility and production.
Design advocacy-led experiences with social sharing, influencer engagement and UGC mechanics.
Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to integrate social amplification strategies.
Define consumer journeys to convert physical interactions into online reach and engagement.
Monitor performance and benchmark experiences across markets; optimize ROI.
