Job summary

Via is seeking an Expansion Working Student to help launch and scale mobility services in Germany while contributing to expansion projects globally. You’ll gain hands-on experience across Entrepreneurship, Operations, Product, and Marketing, with exposure to cross-functional teams in Paris, Berlin, and beyond.

The role supports 20 hours per week (possible full-time 40 hours/week for 6 months) with hybrid options in Paris or Berlin, and frequent collaboration with teams in Paris, London, Berlin,

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and take on responsibility.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and work on diverse projects.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Eager to travel for field tests when needed.
• Fluent in English and German (C2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project planning for setting up Via-enabled mobility services for new partners.
• Lead testing efforts for new global launches and provide ongoing support for project success.
• Ensure engineering teams receive feedback to build the best product possible.
• Tap Via’s knowledge base to help partners maximize the technology and growth.
• Collaborate with Berlin, Paris, London, and New York teams to test and implement product improvements.
