BackFit Health + Spine is seeking a FULL-TIME Exercise Therapist / Physical Therapy Tech to join a busy practice. You will supervise, train, and coach patients while assisting the front desk and supporting our Providers with day-to-day operations.

The right candidate is reliable, energetic, and a team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to integrate with our care team.

• Must be reliable, high energy and a team player.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical settings preferred.
• Able to multi-task and support providers and front desk.

We are looking for a FULL-TIME EXERCISE THERAPIST / PHYSICAL THERAPY TECH to join a growing busy practice. Our office is a Multi-Provider office (DC’s & PA’s). Job tasks include supervising, training, supporting, coaching & encouraging patients with physical therapy, while also assisting the front desk with assorted duties. So, the ability to multi-task is critical.

You have to be a RELIABLE, HIGH ENERGY person to keep up with our pace. We are looking for a motivated individual, with a positive attitude, who is a team player. Must able to support our Providers, Office Manager, and work alongside our Front Office Staff, MA’s, and Massage Therapists. Communication is key!

You must have a PASSION for healthcare, diet, nutrition and can work well under the direct supervision of our Doctors. Position needs to be filled ASAP so we can train you properly.

• Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:30am-6:30pm (with an hour lunch)
• Tuesday & Thursday 2:30pm-6:30pm (early afternoons may be utilized for training upon initial employment)
