H2 Health in Paris, TN is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient senior living team. You will design and implement tailored treatment plans to promote functional independence and pain reduction in a modern clinic setting.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, use evidence-based practices, and support patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions. Flexible scheduling allows for balance across full- and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active or eligible state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
