H2 Health Prime Living in Paris is hiring Physical Therapists for 1:1 patient care in luxury senior living communities. Roles available Part-Time (15+ visits/week) or Full-Time (35+ hours/week) with a flexible schedule and no weekends or holidays.

You’ll work in a clinician-led, patient-focused environment focused on growth, mentorship, and outcomes in outpatient rehab. Must hold a PT degree with active or eligible license; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state Physical Therapist license.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans to restore function and enhance quality of life.
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Contribute to a positive, clean, and professional clinic environment reflecting H2 Health’s standards.

• Education:Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• License:An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience:New graduates are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
