H2 Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 care within our memory care communities in Nazareth, Bethlehem, and Bath. Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating primarily the geriatric population and patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

What You’ll Need:

Education: A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program.

Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

Qualifications: An active or eligible state license to practice.
