Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks an Executive Reward Specialist (m/f/d) to join Group HR - Executive Reward. You will combine labour law expertise with executive remuneration management across international mobility, agreements, and contracts for senior leadership.

The role requires drafting complex executive contracts, managing offboarding, and keeping templates aligned with evolving French and international labour laws.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in French labor law, as a practicing lawyer or in-house HR/legal specialist handling executive matters.
• Master’s degree in French Labor Law / Droit Social; CAPA is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and French; German knowledge is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Draft and issue Executive employment contracts, side letters, and remuneration proposals for external hires and internal mobility.
• Manage end-to-end Executive offboarding, including complex departure packages and separation agreements.
• Maintain and update contractual templates in line with evolving French and international employment law.
• Advise HR stakeholders (HRBPs, Payroll, Mobility, Pensions & Benefits) and conduct targeted legal research.
• Drive HR digitalization projects to optimize Executive administrative and legal operations.
