Overview
Vision and objective
We are seeking an Executive Project Officer to act as the CEO’s direct right hand on various projects. This is not a traditional operational or managerial role: there are no direct reports. Instead, it is a hands-on, execution-driven position, designed for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, can rapidly master new topics, and delivers results at high speed.
The role’s primary objective is to multiply CEO leverage: taking ownership of critical projects across Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and other BUs ensuring they are executed flawlessly and quickly. By offloading operational problem-solving from the CEO, this role allows the CEO to focus on growth-driving activities such as client engagements, strategic analysis, and scaling opportunities.
Your mission
- Lead execution of cross-functional projects assigned directly by the CEO.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams by:
- Building and deploying a structured knowledge base to accelerate deal velocity.
- Providing analysis and operational input on strategic deals (e.g., Newrest) to move them forward in the funnel.
- Strengthen Delivery by:
- Clarifying product catalogue (screens, mounts, suppliers).
- Structuring processes that enable the team to take long-term ownership.
- Act as a “doer” for the CEO on high-value opportunities: performing analyses, structuring problems, and delivering solutions end-to-end.
- Drive execution speed and accountability across BUs by contributing to OKRs tracking and company rituals.
- Build legitimacy and trust across teams, even when leading sensitive or turnaround projects on behalf of the CEO.

- Hands-on problem solver: comfortable tackling operational challenges daily, not just advising.
- Fast learner: able to quickly master unfamiliar topics and deliver tangible outcomes.
- Strong relational intelligence: earns trust and legitimacy quickly, able to work across teams with sensitivity and authority.
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in project execution within fast-paced environments (consulting, scale-ups, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of adapting to different stakeholders (from Sales to technical teams).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure and with limited guidance.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus depending on context).
