Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Partner Delivery Manager (PDM) to serve as the executive bridge between Google and the C-suite of advertising partners. This hybrid role blends strategy, deep technical know-how, and program management to define delivery strategy and activation goals across markets.

You will expand service reach, drive executive reviews, and coordinate with sales, product, and engineering to scale ad solutions while ensuring partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in partner management, program management, management consulting, or a technical customer-facing leadership role.
• Experience leading projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with digital advertising solutions, the broader media landscape, and enterprise sales dynamics.
• Ability to communicate in French and English fluently to support partners in this region.

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery strategy for your market/product area and carry activation goals for partners.
• Ensure partners are motivated, capable, and equipped to scale the delivery of Google's advertising solutions.
• Lead executive-level business reviews to review performance against joint goals and identify growth opportunities.
• Bridge sales, partner needs, and engineering teams by identifying high‑value use cases and driving co‑development opportunities.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for partners and mobilize internal teams to unblock complex projects.
