Job summary

Google seeks a seasoned Partnerships professional to develop and manage strategic collaborations with publishers, driving audience growth and joint business plans. You will liaise with executives across functions and manage complex agreements, leveraging bilingual English/French communication to liaise with partners.

The role sits within Google's Global Partnerships team, focusing on opportunities across ad products, Search, and content partnerships, with a compensation package including equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting or negotiation.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
• Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to liaise with partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish holistic partnerships with a mix of publishers to support audience and subscription growth, taking the ownership of partners engagement plans or joint business plans.
• Monitor partnerships success, provide relevant recommendations and identify new opportunities to grow the cooperation.
• Build training curriculum with your partners to grow mentorship in market.
• Monitor, discuss and potentially investigate traffic volatility across surfaces with the product teams as Google rolls out new features on Search.
• Drive product adoption.
