Context
As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for an Executive MBA Recruitment Advisor to join the recruitment team of a highly international Executive MBA programme, ranked #3 worldwide.
The role operates in a demanding, competitive and international environment and is part of a multi-campus recruitment organisation. It requires a strong combination of consultative selling, candidate assessment, commercial drive and cross-campus collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1- Advise and convert candidates
- Respond quickly to incoming leads and provide a highly personalised follow-up.
- Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand candidates’ backgrounds, career ambitions, motivations and development goals.
- Assess candidate fit with the Executive MBA and provide relevant guidance throughout the decision-making process.
- Present the programme’s value proposition, international dimension, format and benefits in a compelling way.
- Support prospects throughout the application and decision journey through to enrolment.
- Maintain a high level of follow-up and engagement in order to deliver recruitment targets.
2- Develop the candidate pipeline
- Proactively build a strong pipeline beyond inbound marketing leads.
- Identify and approach relevant profiles through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events and targeted outreach.
- Reactivate and develop existing prospect pools.
- Contribute to targeted initiatives aimed at generating new qualified applications.
- Identify actions and opportunities that can accelerate conversion and support the achievement of recruitment targets.
3- Contribute to recruitment initiatives
- Participate in the organisation and delivery of webinars, information sessions, candidate events and alumni meetings.
- Ensure systematic commercial follow-up after recruitment events.
- Involve alumni, participants, faculty and internal stakeholders where relevant to strengthen candidate engagement and conversion.
- Contribute to targeted recruitment campaigns in coordination with Marketing and Programme teams.
4- Manage performance and pipeline
- Manage the prospect portfolio rigorously and maintain a reliable and up-to-date pipeline in the CRM.
- Monitor the different stages of the recruitment funnel and associated conversion rates.
- Maintain a clear view of expected applications and enrolments and contribute to recruitment forecasts.
- Take the initiative in proposing actions to be implemented in order to achieve the set objectives, drawing on a regular analysis of results.
- Provide regular and structured reporting to management.
5- Cross-Campus Collaboration
Executive MBA recruitment is managed through an international, multi-campus organisation.The person responsible for Executive MBA Sales and Recruitment will therefore:
- Work closely with Recruitment, Admissions, Programme and Marketing teams across campuses.
- Operate within shared recruitment processes, priorities and standards.
- Share candidate and pipeline information effectively to ensure a consistent international candidate experience.
- Contribute to cross-campus recruitment meetings and initiatives.
- Provide market feedback on candidate expectations, emerging trends, objections and competitor activity.
