Moody's Corporation is seeking an Executive Director – Fund Finance (EMEA) to translate strategy into execution across the EMEA portfolio. You will lead a high-performing analytics team, oversee ratings performance and market engagement, and drive strategic, operational, and digital initiatives.

Reporting to the Global Head of Fund Finance, you will shape the franchise direction, strengthen analytical capabilities, and collaborate with Moody's across groups to support issuers as private credit

• Credit & Analytical Leadership: deep credit expertise with risk assessment.

Responsabilités

• Execute the Fund Finance research and outreach strategy for EMEA.
• Represent the franchise internally and externally on fund finance trends and credit risk in EMEA.
• Lead and manage a team of Fund Finance analysts in EMEA; hire, coach, and appraise performance.
• Chair rating committees and ensure adherence to Moody's methodologies and policies.
• Drive digital, AI-enabled transformation and regulatory compliance across processes.
