Job summary

Accor is seeking an Executive Director, Business Development Europe (excluding France) to drive sustainable growth for Astore across Europe. You will lead a multicultural team, expand the customer base, and optimize regional P&L performance.

Role requires 10+ years in leadership within hospitality/procurement, strong stakeholder management, and English fluency (German a plus). Remote work several days per week from France, with a focus on strategic negotiations and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, procurement, sales or related industries.
• Proven experience leading multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong P&L management and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; German is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multicultural team of 10 Business Development experts across Europe.
• Drive growth across 10 mature European markets and emerging zones.
• Manage a portfolio of 2,000+ hotels, including non-Accor customers.
• Oversee €900M+ in annual purchasing volume and 40% of ENA region spend.
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and objectives for the Business Development zone.
• Acquire and develop new customers, including hospitality businesses outside Accor brands.
• Monitor performance with KPIs, dashboards and market analysis.
• Build strong relationships with hotel owners, investors, operators and key decision-makers.
• Represent Astore at executive-level meetings and industry forums.
