Job summary

Cadence Design Systems seeks an Event Technology Specialist to own the technology stack behind our global events, including registration systems, event mobile apps, webinars, and engagement tools. You will set up, test, and execute event platforms, collaborate with planners and vendors, and ensure brand consistency while capturing attendee data and delivering a seamless technical experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with event management tools; Cvent preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile apps and webinar platforms.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage event websites, mobile apps, webinars, and related platforms.
• Configure platforms to deliver a frictionless user experience.
• Collaborate with the Event Lead to manage timelines and budgets.
• Interface with vendors to drive implementations and resolve issues.
• Develop documentation and deliver training on event software.
• Test and perform end-user reviews; provide post-implementation support.
• Evaluate outcomes and suggest improvements to technology support.
