Job summary

Lexroom, a Paris‑based AI platform, seeks an Event Specialist to lead planning and flawless execution of internal and external events. You will manage briefs, coordinate with leadership, and ensure brand-aligned experiences for audiences across the company and partners.

The role requires 2–4 years in event operations, strong organization, and fluency in French and English. Italian is a plus; hybrid work from Paris is offered with opportunities to attend major tech conferences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in event operations, coordination, or project management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication in French (native) and English (fluent, C1+). Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events end-to-end from brief to post-event debrief.
• Oversee internal events such as team events and company-wide meetings.
• Coordinate external events including trade fairs and conferences.
• Define objectives and timelines with leadership, marketing, and partnerships.
• Supervise suppliers and partners for logistics and setup.
• Collaborate with communication teams on event marketing and content.
• Manage networking and registration platforms to maximize engagement.
• Track performance and collect feedback to improve quality.
