Lexroom is building the AI platform for legal work. We are seeking an Event Specialist to lead planning, coordination and flawless execution of Lexroom’s internal and external events — from company workshops to major tech conferences and partner activations.

You’ll manage every phase, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and a strong impact across audiences—internal and external alike. This role suits someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for events in

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in event operations, coordination, or project management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, can-do attitude; able to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English.
• Italian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events end-to-end from initial brief to post-event debrief.
• Oversee internal events to strengthen team cohesion and culture.
• Coordinate external events such as trade fairs and conferences.
• Define objectives and timelines with leadership, marketing, and partnerships.
• Supervise suppliers and venues, including logistics and setup.
• Collaborate with communications to align event marketing and content.
• Manage networking and registration platforms to maximize engagement.
• Track performance and gather feedback to improve processes.
