Job summary

AMPECO is seeking a Solutions Architecture Lead in France to guide customers through architecture, design and delivery of complex projects from first contact to go-live. You will own planning, estimation and risk assessment for bids, then lead onboarding and migration when a new customer becomes active.

As projects evolve, you may again lead planning and delivery for new integrations. This role combines business acumen with deep technical expertise, requiring clear communication with diverse

Qualifications

• Experience in technical consulting or client delivery, ideally in e-mobility or SaaS.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and communicate status clearly.
• Capable of running workshops and enablement sessions for varied audiences.
• Ability to translate ambiguous client needs into concrete technical plans.
• Fluent English and French and/or German.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall solution architecture and migration strategy with prospects.
• Lead pre-sales engagements and bidding planning for complex projects.
• Own onboarding and migration when new customers come on board.
• Oversee delivery of integrations and complex initiatives for existing customers.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to clarify requirements and scope.
