Job summary

Electra in Lyon is seeking a Network Operations Center professional to own the availability of its European network of 800 stations across 10 countries today, with a target of 2,500 by 2030. You will monitor and diagnose issues, resolving remotely when possible and coordinating with local field teams when needed.

You will collaborate with country NetOps teams, liaise with equipment suppliers, and contribute to improving supervision tools, runbooks and response processes.

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering background in electrical engineering, energy, or general engineering.
• Structured under pressure with decision-making and follow-through until resolution.
• Clear communication linking drivers, field technicians, partners and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own network availability and incident resolution SLAs across our European network.
• Supervise stations in 10 countries: detect, qualify and prioritise incidents on charging systems.
• Diagnose causes from supervision tools, logs and telemetry.
• Resolve remotely when possible, dispatch to field teams when on-site intervention is needed.
• Support technicians live during interventions as technical back-up.
• Build close relationships with country NetOps teams for field solutions.
• Act as Electra's primary contact for equipment suppliers on support topics.
• Contribute to improving supervision tools, runbooks and issue resolution.
