Sungrow Europe recrute un Ingénieur Solutions de Recharge EV pour rejoindre son équipe en France. Ce rôle essentiel vous positionne au cœur des solutions de mobilité propre.

Vous serez responsable de l'expertise technique pour les produits de charge EV, concevant des solutions et fournissant un soutien aux clients. Avec 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires, vous maîtrisez les standards de recharge et êtes fluide en Français et en Anglais.

Qualifications

We're thrilled to introduce a role that sits right at the intersection of clean mobility and smart energy - the EV Charging Solution Engineer for France. As the electric vehicle market accelerates across the country, you'll be the technical backbone connecting our cutting‑edge EV charging portfolio with the clients, partners, and projects that are shaping France's energy future. • Act as the go‑to technical expert for our EV charging product portfolio (AC/DC chargers, Solar-Storage-Charging systems) throughout the pre‑sales and project delivery cycle in France.
• Design and propose tailored EV charging solutions for customers, from initial scoping through to technical validation and handover.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to customers, partners, and field engineers - including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and solution delivery.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and QA teams to ensure seamless customer experience and continuous product improvement.
• Conduct product validation tests, develop technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge‑base content for the French market.
• Represent Sungrow at industry events, client meetings, and technical workshops across France, contributing to our growing presence in the EV charging space.

Your profile

All right, all right - that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and thrive here for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• You bring 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in EV charging, power electronics, IoT products, or a closely related technical support or solution engineering role.
• You have solid knowledge of EV charging standards and protocols (OCPP, IEC 61851, CHAdeMO, CCS) and ideally familiarity with V2G technologies.
• You are comfortable working with Linux‑based systems, log analysis, and testing environments - and experience with ticketing platforms (Jira, ServiceNow) is a real plus.
• You are a confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, client‑friendly language - both in writing and in person.
• You are fluent in French (C1) and English (C1); any additional European language is a welcome bonus.
