Job summary

French Selection is seeking a home and field-based European sales professional to manage key customers and distributors across the DACH and French regions, with travel across Europe. The role sits 60% in the field and 40% home-based, covering Germany and France and potentially expanding into other territories.

You will own projects from inquiry to quotation, nurture existing accounts, develop new business, and report via CRM. Fluent French and German and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and German with strong English - Essential.
• Proven experience in B2B technical sales (electric or electronic backgrounds preferred).
• Strong track record of maintaining accounts and developing new business.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe with a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer and distributor relationships across European export markets.
• Take ownership of designated projects throughout the sales process, coordinating with project managers.
• Travel to visit clients on-site for meetings, exhibitions and product demonstrations (up to 60% year 1).
• Support with quotations and tender documents where required.
• Record customer visits and outcomes in the CRM system and prepare sales forecasts.
• Analyze competitor activity and market intelligence to identify new opportunities and grow market share.
