Asklocala in Paris seeks a Head of Trading to lead the European trading team, driving performance, standards and people leadership for Tier 1 clients. The role blends hands-on trading (60%), team management and cross-functional partnership to deliver standout programmatic campaigns.

You will own bid strategies across DSPs, establish best practices, mentor traders, and collaborate with Client Services, Product, and Creative to align strategy and execution across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years on a trading desk (agency or sales house).
• 3+ years as a team leader/manager in programmatic digital advertising.
• International experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of the European trading team ensuring targets are met.
• Own end-to-end team development: hiring, coaching, performance reviews, career paths for traders.
• Allocate resources according to priorities and workload across countries.
• Lead campaign setup, monitor performance, and optimize strategies across platforms.
• Establish and deploy best practices for campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, and reporting.
