Triwill Group on behalf of a partner is seeking a VP Programmatic based in France. This senior technical leadership role owns the programmatic advertising engineering domain end to end, including architecture, strategy, roadmaps, and performance across a large-scale stack.

You will lead a compact team of about ten engineers through two technical leads, and stay hands-on with complex decisions while serving as the escalation point within the adtech ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Own the programmatic advertising engineering domain end to end, including architecture, technical strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Lead a compact team of approximately ten engineers through two technical team leads while remaining deeply hands-on with complex technical decisions.
• Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for programmatic engineering challenges and represent the organization within the adtech ecosystem.
• Drive performance and quality across a sophisticated sell-side advertising technology stack in a data-driven, AI-native environment.
