Dextra Group in Lyon seeks a Product Certification, Performance & Lab Engineer to ensure certification, testing, performance and standardization across its European product portfolio. The role balances internal coordination with external bodies to secure approvals and market access.

You will collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, and QHSE, travel regularly across Europe for certification activities, and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in product engineering, certification, or regulatory affairs in construction products.
• Experience with certification bodies and testing labs.
• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills.
• International/multicultural experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate European product certification activities with the Certification Team.
• Develop certification roadmaps for new products and market expansion.
• Manage relationships with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate internal and external testing programs for product approvals.
• Provide technical support for complex customer applications and product qualification.
• Support R&D and product development with certification insights.
• Prepare technical inputs for standardization committees.
• Contribute to research collaborations and funding opportunities.
