Jobtailor is seeking a Certification Manager to lead product certification efforts across Safety, EMC, Radio, and related fields. You will define and monitor the certification roadmap, ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

You will coordinate with external labs, certification bodies, and internal R&D teams, staying ahead of regulatory changes and mitigating risks. Fluency in French and English is required, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience in product certification or regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in project management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as subject matter expert for product certification and tools.
• Ensure product compliance with safety, EMC, radio, telecom, and accessibility standards.
• Define, manage, and monitor the certification roadmap.
• Coordinate activities with external labs, internal technicians, and R&D teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on certifications.
• Collaborate with certification bodies, labs, and technical experts.
• Prepare, coordinate, and obtain required certifications.
• Maintain certification records and documentation.
• Deliver communication updates and certification reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to certification approvals.
• Support project teams in integrating certification requirements early in development.
• Track certification activities and project progress.
• Represent the company with external certification bodies and partners.
• Ensure certification readiness across product lifecycle.
