IDEMIA Secure Transactions, a division of IDEMIA Group, seeks a Europe Buyer to ensure timely delivery of goods and services at the best total cost of ownership across Europe. The role collaborates with global Category Managers, Finance, Legal and suppliers to implement category strategies and maximise value.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in procurement across Europe, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English; French is a strong plus and additional languages are

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement experience across categories.
• Experience in several European countries.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage; another European language is a plus.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and category management.
• High level of autonomy and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Apply global category strategies in Europe and provide local market feedback.
• Serve as main procurement contact for European stakeholders.
• Source suppliers across European markets, run RFIs/RFQs, and prepare contracts.
• Negotiate cost-effective agreements considering local market practices.
• Ensure contracts comply with EU and national regulations (GDPR, CSR, subcontracting).
• Lead harmonisation and standardisation of procurement practices across Europe.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost optimisation and risk management.
