Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Expansion – Europe (m/f) to drive our European retail, wholesale and specialty channels, with France as the initial market. The role focuses on expanding opportunities from Hikma’s portfolio and coordinating retail initiatives across Europe.

You will partner with country teams, affiliates and BD to develop commercial plans, build a scalable European retail model and identify portfolio gaps for future launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• 12–15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong understanding of European retail, wholesale and specialty channels.
• Experience working with pharmacies, wholesalers, distributors or specialty channels.
• European multi-market experience preferred.
• Exposure to injectables and/or biosimilars is a plus.
• Fluent English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand existing products into retail, wholesale and specialty channels.
• Develop commercial plans and work with the French affiliate to support execution and generate incremental sales.
• Develop relationships with wholesalers, pharmacy networks and relevant specialty channels.
• Review Hikma’s US and MENA portfolios to identify products with potential in European markets.
• Build and maintain a prioritized European retail and wholesale portfolio pipeline.
• Identify portfolio gaps and opportunities for future launches.
• Partner with Business Development to identify molecules, licensing opportunities and partnerships relevant to Europe.
• Provide commercial input into opportunity assessment and prioritisation.
• Work with country teams to share best practices and develop a common approach across Europe.
• Use learnings from France to develop a scalable commercial model for other markets across Europe.
