Skechers is seeking a Payroll Manager Europe to drive modernization of payroll operations across Europe. You will lead end-to-end transformation, harmonize tools, and shape the payroll operating model for Retail, Logistics, and Corporate units.

You will act as the European Centre of Expertise for Payroll, coaching local teams and engaging stakeholders from local HR to executive sponsors and external vendors. Strong PM, leadership, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Payroll, IT, or Business Administration.
10+ years of payroll experience in a multi-country European context.
Experience leading payroll transformation or HRIS implementation projects.
Strong understanding of European payroll regulations and compliance frameworks.
Experience with payroll software platforms (ADP, SD Worx, Workday Payroll, SAP) and HRIS tools (Workday).
English at advanced level; French recommended.

Responsabilités

Lead European payroll transformation roadmap across multiple countries and activities.
Define target operating model for European payroll aligned with global HR and Finance strategies.
Pilot and manage RFP processes for payroll provider selection and vendor onboarding.
Drive change management with structured communication and training programs.
Build and maintain governance, KPIs, and a consolidated European dashboard.
Interface with HR Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT on payroll topics.
