Job summary

European Payments Initiative (Wero) is building a European digital wallet to simplify and secure cross-border payments. We seek a Business Operations & Performance Analyst Intern to monitor member performance, prepare reports for management, and analyze the European payments ecosystem across markets.

You will work with Databricks, Power BI and Excel to turn data into actionable insights, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help shape strategy for shop systems and incentive programs

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable in an international, multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; able to interpret data.
• Experience with Databricks or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor member performance and KPIs using Databricks.
• Prepare presentations and performance reports for management reviews.
• Research shop system providers across Wero markets for trends.
• Support development of a shop system strategy with market insights.
• Analyze incentive and reward programmes and budget consumption.
• Analyse Wero website performance and identify improvements.
• Maintain accurate data across SharePoint and CRM; assist mailing campaigns.
• Participate in member meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
