European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a Business Operations & Performance Analyst Intern to help monitor member performance, analyse KPIs, and prepare management-ready reports.

You will collaborate across European markets, support strategic projects, and contribute to optimization of payment operations and data systems. Fluent English, strong analytics, and MS Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-growing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor member performance and analyze KPIs using Databricks.
• Prepare presentations and performance reports for management reviews.
• Research and analyze shop system providers across markets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the development of a shop system strategy with market insights and recommendations.
• Track incentive programme performance and analyse KPI trends.
• Support improvements of Wero website and shop system content.
• Coordinate data across SharePoint and CRM systems and assist mailing campaigns.
