European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking an HR Project Manager to translate HR strategy into actionable plans across Europe. You’ll partner with the Chief People Officer and lead the HR roadmap with a focus on structure, governance and operational excellence.

In a remote-first, multicultural environment, you’ll drive budget tracking, HR technology deployments, and cross-functional initiatives, including AI-driven process improvements, ensuring timely delivery and strong data forecasting.

Qualifikationen

• Solid project management experience.
• Strong proficiency with Jira including dashboards and data quality.
• Previous HR environment experience and understanding of HR processes and operations.
• Experience with budget management and follow-up, including personnel costs.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive and autonomous mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with ability to influence without formal authority.

Aufgaben

• Become the conductor of the HR roadmap, translating strategy into actionable plans and keeping priorities on track.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CHRO with visibility on priorities, risks and budgets.
• Own and elevate our HR project management methodology and governance.
• Own the HR budget framework, maintaining spend visibility and forecasting; build trusted cross-department relationships.
• Lead high-impact HR projects from tech deployments to process redesign and cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive innovation within HR, exploring AI to simplify processes and improve decision-making.
• This role combines strategy, project management, operational excellence, innovation and business partnering.
