Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare Europe seeks a hands-on HR Business Partner to join our European HR team, supporting a rapidly growing medical device organization with 200+ employees across multiple countries. You will architect our European HR policy framework and operational systems, working closely with the European HR Head and China HQ to build scalable, compliant, and business-aligned HR infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in multinational or cross-border environments.
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and practice, particularly in France.
• Excellent written English — fluent French required.
• Experience building HR policies and systems from the ground up.
• Hands-on mentality with willingness to perform detailed operational work.

Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and maintain European HR policies across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.
• Partner with European leaders to translate workforce needs into HR solutions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Draft and review contracts and policy documents in English; support HR systems like SuccessFactors.
