Job summary

CertiK is seeking a forward-deployed Solutions Consultant for Europe to work on-site with banks, regulators, and CASPs, uncovering regulatory challenges and shaping advisory engagements.

You will travel across Europe, conduct discovery sessions with compliance and risk teams, and translate findings into actionable proposals that inform our product roadmap and licensing readiness efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles in consulting or regulatory settings.
• Experience with banks, CASPs or regulated financial institutions.
• Willing to be based at client sites across Europe with travel.
• Knowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Ability to work independently with light supervision.

Responsibilities

• Spend extended periods on site with compliance and risk teams at banks and regulators in Europe.
• Run discovery sessions, document client workflows and regulatory obligations.
• Translate findings into product roadmap inputs and sales approaches.
• Partner with Business Development to own on-ground solutions and follow-ups.
• Present CertiK's offerings to senior client teams and craft scoped proposals.
• Deliver advisory engagements including licensing readiness and gap analyses.
• Represent CertiK at industry events and regulator meetings.
• Coordinate with global teams across time zones.
