Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in automotive dealer network development.
• Strong knowledge of the French distribution landscape.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen with ability to interpret dealer performance and legal documentation.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capability.
• Fluent in English (business professional level).
• Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented with strong field engagement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute the national network development plan in alignment with global and European distribution frameworks.
• Define and maintain compliant partner selection criteria under French and EU regulations.
• Identify and appoint high-performing dealer partners to optimize territorial coverage and sustainable growth.
• Lead end-to-end dealer appointment process, including candidate assessment and executive negotiations.
• Manage dealership agreements, floor plan setup with financial institutions, and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on amendments and dispute resolution to safeguard company interests.
• Monitor dealer financial health (P&L, balance sheet, KPIs) in collaboration with Finance and external providers.
• Drive corrective action plans for underperforming partners and lead replacement processes when required.
• Oversee Mystery Shopping and Quality Survey programs to ensure service excellence and brand compliance.
• Supervise CI and signage implementation in line with brand standards.
• Select and audit service providers to ensure optimal commercial conditions and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate network database and ensure cross-functional data alignment.
• Act as the key interface between the brand and the dealer network.
• Partner with Marketing, Press, Finance, and regional teams to support network performance and visibility.
• Maintain regular field presence to strengthen partnerships and elevate customer experience standards.
