Hamilton Barnes is seeking a proven sales professional to step into a Country Sales Manager role, owning a key European market in the data center colocation space. This IC role requires a strong hunter background and experience across indirect and direct channels.

You will define the go-to-market, drive revenue growth, and shape market penetration from the ground up, reporting to the CCO and Paris-based VP, with potential for future team expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong hunter mentality and pipeline-building from scratch.
• Experience in data center, colocation and telecom sectors.
• Ability to sell both directly and via system integrator / partner ecosystems.
• Experience in complex, multi-year deals.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the local go-to-market strategy across your country.
• Own revenue growth, pipeline generation, and forecasting.
• Drive new business across enterprise, telecom, industry, network, and neocloud customers.
• Generate brand awareness through direct outreach, marketing collaboration, and industry presence.
• Act as the in-country face of the business at events and within the ecosystem.
• Develop both direct and indirect sales channels, particularly via system integrators.
• Build relationships with integrators, MSPs, and consultants (50/50 focus on end users vs partners).
• Lead complex, multi-year colocation and infrastructure deals.
• Position solutions including high-density environments and future AI/HPC workloads.
• Collaborate with central sales teams who can support cross-border opportunities.
• Lay the groundwork for future team growth.
