WSP en France seeks a dynamic Regional Market Leader for Data Centres to drive growth and shape commercial strategy across the CE region. The role focuses on aligning countries under a unified go‑to‑market approach, strengthening commercial rigor, and ensuring top‑tier delivery for major DC projects.

The CE DC Director will oversee strategic growth, delivery models, and performance metrics, reporting to the CE Client Director and collaborating with Managing Directors and Business Line Heads.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with business awareness and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to shape commercial strategy and growth across multiple countries.
• Experience delivering major data center projects and leading complex proposals.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive growth strategies for Data Centre market across CE region.
• Partner with country leaders to create effective go-to-market plans.
• Lead commercial governance, pricing, and contract strategy for major bids.
• Oversee delivery model and quality assurance for projects.
• Own data performance metrics and reporting to CE ExCom.
• Represent data center clients within CE Regional Client Program and with executives.
