Responsibilities

• Drive market development and new client acquisition for the AWP product line within the assigned region.
• Formulate and execute annual sales plans to achieve targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, driving project finalization and orders.
• Collaborate with technical support and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage the full sales process including bidding, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Provide regular updates to HQ and regional management on market trends and competitive intelligence.
