OpenText, The Information Company, is hiring a Labour Relations Project Manager to coordinate Works Council initiatives across Europe. You will own end-to-end labour relations processes and work closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Privacy, and senior business leaders to ensure projects move forward compliantly.

This role offers exposure to business transformation and strategic projects across Europe, with opportunities to shape governance tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Labour Relations or HR project management.
• Track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects in a multinational environment.
• Strong English communication skills; German or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Works Council initiatives across Europe as the central manager.
• Own end-to-end labour relations processes, ensuring compliance and governance.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Privacy, and business leaders to drive initiatives.
