Guerlain in Paris is seeking a Key Account Assistant to support the Europe Department, collaborating with major retailers and local teams to drive online and in-store initiatives.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Digital, Merch and Finance teams, align trade plans, analyze performance, and prepare weekly, monthly and YE reports while ensuring smooth communication with markets and retailers. Fluent French and English required.

Qualifications

• Business school or equivalent bac+4/5.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with strong organization.
• Fluency in French and English mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Be the key point of contact for (e-)retailer’s commercial teams, Guerlain Europe Teams & local markets.
• Understand local specifics and engage markets in retailer strategy while driving centralized business.
• Support negotiation preparation and define commercial terms with follow-up.
• Coordinate trade and e-trade plans, distribution, assortment, stock, and promotions with marketing and digital teams.
• Analyze performance and implement action plans; monitor stock and optimize.
• Prepare retailer sales reports and share insights to drive synergy and acceleration.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain stakeholder communication.
