Job summary

Guerlain is looking for an internship in Paris to support the Trade Marketing & Category Management teams within the Europe Division. You will assist regional subsidiaries and export markets by communicating guidelines and addressing their needs.

Your role includes acting as a primary contact for regional offices, supporting launch projects, forecasting, and adapting marketing tools to local requirements, with PowerBI and market analysis experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Current studies in marketing in a business school.
• Knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics is a plus.
• Organised, rigorous and pragmatic with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Be one of the main contacts for subsidiary and export markets in fragrances, make‑up and skincare.
• Assist in the rollout and monitoring of launch projects and market communications.
• Recommend and monitor forecasts aligned with brand strategy and distribution needs.
• Adapt 360° marketing tools to local needs and monitor launches.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly newsletters and share best practices in the region.
• Contribute to the logistical coordination of the department.

Job description

As part of the Europe Division, in a context of business growth and transformation at Guerlain, your role will be to assist the Trade Marketing & Category Management teams in their day‑to‑day tasks and support the region's subsidiary and export markets by communicating guidelines and responding to their needs.

Job Responsibilities

As such, your main tasks will be :

• Be one of the main contacts for the subsidiary and export markets (regional offices and agent‑distributors) for their current and future operational requirements in the 3 categories: fragrances, make‑up and skincare.
• Participating in the roll‑out and monitoring of launch projects (PR events, trade animations, etc) throughout the zone.
• Recommending, monitoring and challenging forecasts in line with the brand's global strategy and specific distribution requirements.
• Adapt 360° marketing tools (leaflets, media assets, etc.) to specific local needs
• Market analysis, sell‑in & sell‑out performance (PowerBI & NPD).
• Monitor marketing launches and coordinate marketing requests and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
• Drawing up a competition review: monitoring new products and related 360
• Creating weekly and monthly newsletters and communicating best practices in the region
• Contribute to the logistical coordination of the department

Profile

As a business school student or equivalent (4/5 years' higher education), you will have some initial experience of working in a marketing role in a company. Knowledge of the world of Perfumes & Cosmetics is a plus. You are organised, committed, rigorous and pragmatic. You have a good command of the Office pack and are fluent in English. You have good interpersonal skills and are able to work with a variety of different professions and people. You'll be able to react quickly and work independently, and you're keen to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
