LVMH Group's Guerlain division is seeking a business school student intern to assist Retail Marketing teams across Europe. You will support regional subsidiaries, communicate guidelines, and respond to needs while developing regional strategies for boutiques and Spas.
You will work with Power BI and Circana to monitor sell-in/sell-out, prepare newsletters, and help consolidate budgets. This role starts January 2027 for six months in Paris.
As part of the Europe Division, in a context of business growth and transformation for the House of Guerlain, your role will be to assist Retail Marketing teams in their day -to- day tasks and support the zone's subsidiary and export markets by communicating guidelines and responding to their needs .
As such, your main missions will be :
Be one of the main contacts for the subsidiary markets (regional offices) for their current and future operational requirements on premium categories (3 axes).
Develop and implement retail and event strategies for boutiques and Spas in the region.
Participate in the deployment and follow-up of launch projects throughout the zone:
Recommend, monitor and challenge forecasts in line with the brand's global strategy and specific distribution requirements.
Development and adaptation of 360° marketing tools (products, trade tools, media assets, etc.) to specific local needs,
Market analysis and sell-in & sell-out performance (Power BI & Circana). Consolidation of results and analysis of launches and promotion tools.
Preparation of competition watch: monitoring of new products and field tours.
Consolidate biannual budget reports at regional level.
Create weekly and monthly newsletters and communicate regional best practices
Contribute to the department's logistical coordination
As a business school student or equivalent (bac +4/5 level), you have initial experience in a marketing role. Knowledge of the world of Perfumes & Cosmetics is a plus.
You are organized, committed, rigorous and pragmatic.
You have a good command of the Office pack and Excel, and are fluent in English.
You have good interpersonal skills, and are able to work with a variety of different professions and contacts. You are responsive and autonomous, and would like to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
This internship is available from January 2027, for a period of 6 months
