Guerlain Europe is seeking an internship starting January 2027 for six months in Paris. You will work with the Key Account Manager and two major European retailers, gaining hands-on experience from online strategy to in-store activation.

You will engage with local General Managers and Commercial teams to foster partnerships, negotiate trade terms, and enhance brand visibility across the region. Fluency in French and English is mandatory; bac+4/5 is expected.

Qualifications

• Business school or equivalent (bac +4/5).
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, organized & result oriented.
• Solid computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Agile, autonomous and able to multitask in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the key point of contact for (e-)retailer’s commercial teams, Guerlain Europe Teams & local markets.
• Support negotiation preparation and ensure commercial terms definition and proactive follow-up.
• Analyze performance of activities and implement action plan accordingly.
• Deliver exceptional client service.
• Ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate trade and e-trade plans for the accounts and promotions with marketing and digital teams.
