Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Founding Engineer in France to lead the build-out of an AI infrastructure product. You will own architecture, infrastructure, and full-stack development from the ground up, working directly with the founder to drive technical direction and standards.

You will scale systems for real-world use, evolve the product into a reliable platform, and help shape an early-stage engineering team with autonomy and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years delivering production software or proven founder/independent builder track record.
• Hands-on production AI experience with LLM or agent systems for real customers.
• Experience across backend, frontend, and infrastructure with ownership mindset.
• Strong software architecture skills for reliable, scalable systems.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial decision-making in early-stage settings.
• Solid problem-solving, debugging and system-design fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with founders and teams.
• Based in Europe and willing to relocate to San Francisco within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable infrastructure to support rapid product growth.
• Develop AI agent infrastructure, including orchestration, memory, and verification.
• Own end-to-end product development from concept to production.
• Turn prototypes into robust, maintainable systems for real businesses.
