Airbus is seeking a Compliance Risks Manager to join the Risks, Prevention and Global Reach team in Toulouse, France. You will identify and map ethics and compliance risks across AB&C, Export Control and Fraud to safeguard the company’s integrity and licence to operate.

Reporting to the Ethics & Compliance function, you will define risk questionnaires, coordinate with key stakeholders, and build dashboards that convert data into actionable insights for decision-makers. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Risk Mapping and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
• Solid knowledge of Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Fraud and Export Control.
• Interest in Digitalization and Data Analytics."
• Capacity to build trust and drive change.
• Meticulous yet agile in project management.
• High degree of integrity.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct end-to-end risk assessments and mapping for AB&C, Export Controls, and Fraud.
• Manage tool requirements, support stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop dashboards integrating multiple data streams for E&C.
• Coordinate with risk owners and ERM governance bodies.
