Airbus Commercial is seeking a Compliance Risks Manager to join the Risks, Prevention and Global Reach team in Toulouse, France. You will identify and map ethics and compliance risks impacting integrity and licence to operate, coordinating with key stakeholders across the business.

The role emphasizes digitalisation, data analytics, and the development of dashboards to support risk-informed decisions, with a strong focus on integrity and change management in a global context.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Risk Mapping and ERM.
• Solid knowledge of Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Fraud and Export Control.
• Keen interest in Digitalization and Data Analytics.
• Ability to make data speak to support legal decisions.
• High integrity and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English.

• Conduct end-to-end risk assessments and mapping for AB&C, Export Control and Fraud.
• Coordinate with main functions to capture emerging risks.
• Provide stakeholders with results and ensure appropriate mitigation actions.
• Promote the Risk Assessment framework via communications and training.

• Manage requirements for the shared risk assessment tool and dashboards.

Airbus Commercial is looking for a Compliance Risks Manager (f/m) to join our Risks, Prevention and Global Reach team based in Toulouse, France. Your role will be to identify and map the Ethics and Compliance risks that could impact the company’s integrity and licence to operate.

Your challenges:

• Conduct the end-to-end execution of Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Export Control and Fraud risk assessments and mapping for all Airbus entities: Define risk questionnaires, calculation methodologies and risk impact definitions to ensure our Heat Maps are a source of truth for the business.
• Steering of, and coordination with, the main functions to capture emerging risks and ensure the risk profile matches the reality on the ground.
• Provide different stakeholders with results from the Risk Assessment and ensure that appropriate mitigation actions are undertaken by the responsible teams.
• Promote the Risk Assessment framework via communication channels, awareness sessions and training to foster a risk culture.
• Contribute to coordination between Risks, second level of controls, Group internal controls as well as with other key stakeholders.
• Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) governance for the Ethics & Compliance function.
• Tools and Data Analytics: Manage the business requirements for our shared risk assessment tool, provide support to stakeholders, and ensure the tool's accuracy and seamless work.
• Support the digitalisation initiatives for the E&C Function, the development of robust dashboards that integrate multiple data streams.

Your boarding pass:

• 5 years of experience in Risk Mapping and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), ideally within a complex international environment.
• Solid knowledge of Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Fraud and Export Control.
• You have a keen interest in Digitalization and Data Analytics.
• You know how to make data "speak" to support legal decisions.
• Capacity to build trust and drive change.
• You are meticulous in your analysis but agile in your project management.
• You have a high degree of integrity.
• You share your expertise and nurture a collaborative spirit.
