Airbus Commercial is seeking a Compliance Risks Manager (f/m) to join our Risks, Prevention and Global Reach team in Toulouse, France. You will identify and map Ethics and Compliance risks that could affect the company’s integrity and licence to operate.

Based in Toulouse, you will lead risk assessments, define questionnaires and risk impact definitions, and coordinate with key functions to capture emerging risks and drive mitigations with a strong focus on training and risk culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end risk assessments in ethics and compliance.
• Ability to map data into heat maps and risk profiles.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and training capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Export Control and Fraud risk assessments and mapping for Airbus entities.
• Define risk questionnaires, calculation methodologies and risk impact definitions for heat maps.
• Coordinate with main functions to capture emerging risks and ensure mitigations.
• Promote the Risk Assessment framework via training and awareness sessions.
• Support ERM governance and coordination with key stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards that integrate multiple data streams.
