Job summary

Tikehau Capital is seeking an ESG internship in Paris, joining the ESG Private Credit team to support day-to-day activities and collaborate with both Investment and ESG colleagues across the platform on sustainability topics.

The intern will assist with ESG reporting, due diligence, SFDR disclosures, and engagement with priority portfolio companies, while helping to enhance tools and training within the team.

Qualifications

• Final or penultimate year student from a top business or engineering school.
• Excellent MS Office skills and ability to learn new tools.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support annual ESG reporting campaign across portfolio companies (project management).
• Assist investment teams with ESG due diligence questionnaires.
• Coordinate annual ESG reports and SFDR disclosures.
• Support ESG analysis, including scoring and decarbonisation tracking.
• Contribute to engagement with priority portfolio companies on ESG matters.
• Assist with presentations, legal documents and marketing materials.
• Coordinate responses to LP ESG questionnaires and due diligence requests.
