Job summary

The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) offers a six-month internship in its Corporate Responsibility & ESG Reporting Unit to contribute to the Bank's sustainability disclosure and reporting improvements. You will work under the ESG Officer and collaborate with colleagues across the Bank.

You will gain hands-on experience in preparing disclosures aligned with ISSB standards, engaging with ESG rating agencies, and communicating progress on the Paris Climate Agreement.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with sustainability-related standards and disclosures.
• Working knowledge of ESG ratings & risks.
• Internship applicants are not required to have professional work experience, but relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the Bank's sustainability reporting per ISSB/GRI standards.
• Support engagement with ESG rating agencies and monitor improvement actions.
• Contribute to monitoring the Bank's action plan aligning operations with the Paris Climate Agreement.
• Track regulatory developments related to sustainability reporting (ISSB, GRI, CSRD/ESRS).
• Assist with sustainability communications for the website and intranet.
