Tikehau Capital is seeking a motivated ESG internship candidate to join the team in Paris. You will support and coordinate ESG reporting campaigns, assist with regulatory disclosures, and help strengthen tools and processes while contributing to ESG analyses and due diligence across investment opportunities.

The role requires strong MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with ESG standards.

Qualifications

• Final- or penultimate-year student from a top business or engineering school.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; ability to approach problems logically and systematically, and to analyze information effectively.
• Attention to detail; meticulous data entry, report formatting, and documentation for precision.
• Dynamic and proactive in suggesting new ideas; autonomous with a strong sense of urgency and results focus.
• Excellent MS Office skills, advanced Excel (formulas, large files) and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus (Italian, Spanish, German).
• Strong interest in sustainability matters; familiarity with ESG reporting concepts is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Support the ESG team in the 2026 ESG reporting campaign and project management.
• Assist with regulatory ESG reporting requirements (SFDR, CSRD, quarterly/annual reports).
• Help strengthen the ESG department by improving tools, processes, and training; contribute research content on sectors/themes.
• Contribute to ESG analysis including scoring, SRI criteria monitoring, benchmarking, and decarbonization tracking.
• Assist in due diligence questionnaires to assess ESG factors across opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and legal/marketing materials related to ESG initiatives; support group reporting.
