Aerospacelab in Toulouse seeks a proactive Bid Coordination specialist to support ESA and EU-funded programmes. You will transform complex institutional and technical inputs into clean, compliant proposals, coordinating inputs across engineering, finance and legal teams.

Working with programme managers and the business development lead, you will manage templates, deadlines and approvals, prepare letters of support, and maintain an up-to-date bid calendar to help us win contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in engineering, science, business, or equivalent.
Experience coordinating bids, proposals, or institutional-affairs.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

Coordinate the end-to-end ESA and EU-funded proposals, ensuring alignment with templates, budgets, and deadlines.
Support relationships with national delegations and ESA programme contacts.
Monitor ESA/EU activity and maintain an up-to-date bid calendar.
Coordinate consortium setup with partners and subcontractors; manage contacts and agreements.
Assist Project Managers in setting up awarded contracts, including kickoff and progress reporting.
Consolidate technical, financial, and legal inputs for clear, timely responses.
