You will drive Epics, align with digital teams, and ensure value delivery on sites, leveraging SAFe/Agile practices and extensive Change Management experience. Fluency in English is required; French or German is a plus, and travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in complex, highly regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense).
• 10+ years ERP deployment experience with SAP modules, ideally S/4HANA.
• Proven track record in SAFe/Agile and large-scale Change Management.
• Advanced English; French or German a plus; willingness to travel.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Migration Solution Manager (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation Department based in Toulouse, France.

Your boarding pass

• Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in complex, highly regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense).
• 10+ years of expertise in ERP deployment, specifically SAP modules (ideally S/4HANA).
• Proven track record in SAFe/Agile frameworks and large-scale Change Management implementation.
• Advanced level in English (French or German is a plus) and willingness to travel (:20%).
